How to Apply?
The Laotian American Scholarship Foundation (LASF) is proud to celebrate our young Laotian American High School graduates who want to pursue higher academic learning. In support of this celebration, the organization is offering a scholarship fund to help in this pursuit. All Laotian American high school graduates within Western New York State are eligible to apply for this scholarship award.
All applications will be reviewed by LASF board members. The application review criteria will include completeness of application, quality of essay, and high school achievements at both the academic and extra-curricular activities. All applicants will receive a scholarship award and the top three applicants will each receive an additional scholarship.
Scholarship Qualification Criteria:
•Must be a high school graduate for current year
•Must have applied to a college/university after high school graduation
•Must attend the award ceremony with parent or guardian to accept the scholarship award
•Must complete application and submit within the set deadline
